All information below is pertaining to the parent or guardian of the child being enrolled.
Students enrolled at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School are eligible to receive tuition assistance through the Father Vincent Parent Work Program. A completed and signed application must be submitted upon registration. The Father Vincent Tuition Assistance Program for the 2010-2011 school year begins JANUARY 27, 2010 and ends DECEMBER 30, 2011. All 2010-2011 volunteer hours must be completed by DECEMBER 30, 2011. Only immediate family members may participate in this program. Every family that participates in the tuition assistance program must earn hours at an approved school function and attend the annual mandatory Advisory Board/Home and School meeting regarding tuition and fees, one ethical-moral conference and one parent information class. Tuition will be reflected on your FACTS account and adjusted accordingly to reflect when volunteer hours completed. This program is an ALL or NONE tuition assistance program. Cleveland Scholarship & Tutoring program recipients are eligible for this program. Students who receive the Cuyahoga Work & Training Voucher are ineligible for this program.
